Description
Campers become aware of their resources, including their talents, knowledge, time, and money. They inventory their resources, then consider their options for earning, saving, investing, spending, giving, and unsaving them. Campers create a plan for making their first million dollars. Campers take significant steps toward becoming financially literate. Groups split out by age groups for activity called The Next Big Step.

To be sure your teen is ready for Money 101, please consider the following statements:

My child is 13 – 15 years old.
My child needs to understand more about money.
My child is intrigued with the idea of learning about personal finance.
I want my child to learn about personal finance before s/he gets into financial trouble.

All should be true.
